Blocked on Typepad / Typekey: Set up

Sometimes, I'll find that as I post to a blog with the typepad commenting system installed, I'll find my comment blocked for no good reason. So I'll post here, and then comment on my own post, so my comment appears on my Typepad profile, anyway.

The usual comment about how I don't need to give equal time because I am equal time applies - unless you're me, you shouldn't post comments on this blog, and probably should expect to see them deleted if you do. If you want to reply to what I've written, follow the link to the original post, which I will have linked to on my blog, and see if that blogger will approve your comment.
